I am not writing this blog post because I think you are fat. On the contrary, I think we all are flooded with tons of information about diet and losing weight, yet none of this information truly addresses our health and well being. I think we have all read countless articles about losing weight, diet and general information about nutrition, none of which provides us with the whole picture in regard to how food really affects our bodies.
Christina is a certified nutritionist and provides a realistic and professional resource for anyone who is interested in learning the truth about nutrition in terms of our digestive function and metabolism.
