		<description>Thanks for the comment, Robert!  :-)   I agree that honey is a much better alternative and has many health benefits as well - it is also great for wound care (you can spread it right on an open sore and the natural antibacterial qualities will speed healing).  Of course, honey is still a simple sugar and should be consumed, like all good things, only in moderation.</description>
